Content Ownership and Commercialization
Initial Ownership: All content generated on the PrompTaleAI platform, including data, prompts, and resulting creations, is initially owned by the Creator. For some cases, PrompTale may discuss with the creator to (co)own the content. This ownership is compensated through $Tale token rewards.
The Suggestion Page: Creators with high-quality or commercially viable content can initiate discussions with the PrompTaleAI team through the Suggestion Page to explore potential commercialization and revenue models.
Global Producer Network: PrompTaleAI leverages its extensive network of producers to help creators navigate IP commercialization and maximize the value of their creations.
Community Engagement and Collaboration
Content Sharing: Creators can share their work for free within the PrompTaleAI community, fostering collaboration and feedback.
Launchpad: Creators can fund their work through a content launchpad within the PrompTaleAI community, fostering incentives for creator and fans to grow the content together.
Community Recognition: Gaining recognition within the community can lead to potential commercialization opportunities through the Suggestion Page.
Blockchain-Based IP Revenue Sharing
Revenue Sharing: PrompTaleAI employs a fair and transparent revenue-sharing model, with creators receiving 49% of publishing revenue and PrompTaleAI retaining 51% to cover development, marketing, and distribution costs.
IP Asset Trading and Marketplace
IP Marketplace: PrompTaleAI plans to launch an IP asset trading marketplace before the first IPA snapshot. This platform will allow creators to buy and sell IP assets, opening up new avenues for monetization and investment.
Trading Fees: A 0.3% transaction fee will be applied to all IP asset trades, with the proceeds used entirely for $Tale token buybacks.
Quarterly Revenue Distribution: Revenue from commercialized IP assets will be distributed quarterly, with a snapshot taken on specific dates to determine eligibility.
Anti-Dumping Measures: To ensure stability and value, content creators and PrompTaleAI are limited in the amount of IP assets they can sell annually.
