# Claiming Rewards ## Reward Allocation
## Reward Acquisition Policy Once the activated Generator accumulates enough rewards, you can claim them. Rewards are calculated and distributed daily, but the exact amount is determined at the end of the day. It is typically reflected in your factory at the beginning of the next day. For example, the rewards earned from 2024-12-05 00:00:00 to 2024-12-10 23:59:59 UTC, are displayed on 2024-12-10 with a timestamp 2024-12-10 00:XX:XX. All reward collection history is recorded in the 'Activity' tab.

xTALE(left) & TALE(right)

## **xTALE & $TALE** **xTALE** (virtual TALE) represents potential rewards that have been earned but not yet claimed. It serves as an off-chain virtual representation of rewards before their actual claim. **$TALE** refers to the actual cryptocurrency that can be utilized within the PrompTale ecosystem following the vesting period.
The rewards generated by the Generator are collected through three steps: Claim, Redeem, and Withdraw. ## **Claim (the first 100 days)** For the first 100 days from the commencement of mining, there will be no minimum withdrawal limit, withdrawal fees, or claim restrictions. \ Meaning, that $Tale mined through the Generator can be withdrawn freely during the initial 100-day period without any limitations or additional charges.
## **Redeem / Claim (after the first 100 days)** After the initial 100-day period from the first mining with the Generator, claiming $TALE will follow a different structure. \ Users will have three options for claiming their $Tale: Option 1: Claimable within 15 days – 20% of the total amount. \ Option 2: Claimable within 60 days – 50% of the total amount. \ Option 3: Claimable within 110 days – 100% of the total amount. This process involves converting your claimed xTALE into $TALE. \ You can choose the redemption period, the shorter the period, the lower the conversion rate from xTALE to $TALE, starting at a 1:1 ratio. \ The available redemption periods are 30 days (20%), 90 days (50%), and 150 days (100%).
